From the shelf to checkout and back

  1. Build the catalog. Add equipment with an ID, location and starting quantity, or import new items from CSV. Optional photos are resized in the browser.
  2. Record movements. Log stock additions, issues and returns. Review low-stock items and the activity log; archive equipment you no longer use.
  3. Keep a recoverable copy. Download a ZIP backup with records, history and photos. CSV is a summary, not a complete backup.
QR labels
Labels encode STOCKROOM:ID, not a public record URL. Printed names can still reveal equipment details.
Capacity
Up to 300 items, 5,000 transactions and 60 photos. Use one editing tab. There is no team or cross-device synchronization.
Privacy and cost
Every feature is free. Records stay in memory unless you choose local saving or export. Browser storage can be cleared; hosting still receives ordinary page requests.
