Stockroom privacy and licenses

Stockroom processes catalog data and images inside your browser. It makes no inventory uploads, account requests, analytics calls, or external font/script requests. Hosting infrastructure serves the app and may keep ordinary access logs.

In-memory mode clears work on refresh or close. Optional IndexedDB storage is local to this browser profile and may be unavailable, cleared or evicted. It is not secure cloud backup. Use one tab at a time, export ZIP backups regularly, and protect backups that contain private records.

Photos are resized to JPEG and metadata is removed. Originals are not stored. ZIP backup contains catalog records, activity history, and resized photos. CSV export excludes photos, archived items and detailed history. QR labels encode only item IDs, and print item names; keep physical labels private if needed.

Stockroom interface and application code are original. No affiliation with inventory software vendors.

Donations

Entirely optional. BTC uses Bitcoin mainnet. Native ETH and USDT use Ethereum mainnet (USDT as ERC20). Verify the network and address independently; cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. No wallet connection is requested.
